Plan the appointment before the itinerary

A provisional inquiry is a useful first step, but it is not an appointment. Ask the hospital whether it accepts your registration document, what information it needs before booking, and when it will confirm the department and campus. Keep those replies with your travel plan.

Once the appointment is confirmed, decide where to stay using that exact campus. Leave space for a separate test appointment, delayed laboratory results or a doctor’s request to review a result. Ask whether a report can be sent after departure; do not assume every part of a visit fits into one day.

Questions to keep with your plan

  • Hospital and campus named in full
  • Appointment confirmed by the hospital
  • Passport registration requirements checked
  • Language support and report language agreed
  • Return visit and report delivery discussed

Use the interactive visit checklist to record which administrative details you have confirmed. A checked item does not represent a clinical assessment or a confirmed hospital booking.

The next practical step

Use the official provider channels in our source notes for hospital confirmation. For an inquiry about independent practical assistance, share your preferred timing and the broad task through our contact page. Keep medical records out of a first inquiry and confirm any paid scope in writing.
